Professional IC L2:56 - 66k €* + VSOP (10% of annual gross salary)
*based on German benchmark, adjusted to local cost of living for remote hires

Your profile

Must Haves

  • Working experience in the field of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient in organising tasks and managing projects, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Great communication skills, adept at clearly sharing ideas with varied audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Native-level proficiency in German, with fluent English skills as the company language.

Nice to Haves
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition, covering areas like active sourcing, candidate experience management, marketing, and the analysis of recruitment statistics.
  • Experience in People Development topics and other People fields.
  • Technical recruitment expertise.
  • Experience in collaborating successfully with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Familiarity with start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Understanding and experience with remote or hybrid work settings.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Affinity for AI tools and technologies.

Your mission

HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorder and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetter's ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

As aPeople & Talent Partner (m/f/x) at HelloBetter, you blend Talent Acquisition with People Development, acting as the main point of contact for our 160 employees, particularly for Hiring Managers and Team Leads. You offer guidance and support in Talent Acquisition and People Development matters, while fostering a positive and diverse work culture and contributing to the strategic initiatives that drive our team forward.
You work together with our Working Student, supporting you in both focus areas.

Your objectives

Talent Acquisition

  • Own and manage the entire hiring process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This includes conducting job analyses, drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Personio) to enhance workflow efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance.
  • Compile recruitment statistics and metrics, providing weekly and bi-weekly updates.
  • Enhance candidate experience and relationships through timely communication, lead initiatives to strengthen employer branding, and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates.
  • Analyse Net Promoter Score metrics to evaluate Candidate Experience and Quality of Hire.
People Development
  • Lead performance management processes, including Annual Development Reviews in Leapsome.
  • Drive employee feedback initiatives such as Pulse surveys and Stay interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding workshops for new employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on people-related topics.
  • Contribute to People strategy development and implementation.
Collaboration with Working Student
  • Work closely with our Working Student, coordinating workload, setting clear expectations, prioritising tasks, and offering mentoring and support. Provide regular feedback to foster their development and ensure alignment with our team goals.
