The Senior Manufacturing Quality Technician (f/m/d) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for inspecting products according to specifications and quality standards.

This role is part of the Quality Control department based in Munich, Baierbrunn, and requires on-site presence. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop and maintain inspection reports
  2. Inspect products according to specifications and quality standards
  3. Manage Non-Conformances by initiating reports in SmartSolve and following up on process phases (Containment, Disposition, Investigation, Analysis)
  4. Support the investigation of non-conformities as part of the Andon Team
  5. Document product inspections and results
  6. Verify and approve Device History Records
  7. Coordinate with other teams on sorting and inspection activities
  8. Monitor calibration activities and coordinate with external laboratories

The essential requirements for this position include:

  • Technical education
  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in medical technology, automotive, or mechanical engineering
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
