Our Global Occupiers Team (GOS) in Germany is growing and we are looking for a Facility Manager, who will be responsible for the safe delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services to our client located in Heusenstamm, Hessen including the compliant management of suppliers, budget management and operational performance reporting.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong customer-focused service in line with Cushman & Wakefield’s and the Client’s expectations

  • Manage and develop the onsite Facilities Management (FM) team to carry out their responsibilities effectively

  • Manage internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality and continuous improvement

  • Ensure value for money through robust supplier management and performance measurement

  • Set up processes to support operational and financial compliance

  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory requirements, and governance

  • Deliver client satisfaction, manage issue resolution, and escalate as required

  • Develop a strong, positive relationship with the local Client located in Heusenstamm, Hessen

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience working within manufacturing managing FM activities and vendors

  • Engineering qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines

  • 5+ years’ management experience

  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills

  • Excellent operational and financial compliance knowledge

  • Ability to manage and develop teams effectively

  • Strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements

  • Proficiency in using facility management systems like FAMIS360

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
