Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong customer-focused service in line with Cushman & Wakefield’s and the Client’s expectations
Manage and develop the onsite Facilities Management (FM) team to carry out their responsibilities effectively
Manage internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality and continuous improvement
Ensure value for money through robust supplier management and performance measurement
Set up processes to support operational and financial compliance
Ensure compliance with legal, statutory requirements, and governance
Deliver client satisfaction, manage issue resolution, and escalate as required
Develop a strong, positive relationship with the local Client located in Heusenstamm, Hessen
Knowledge & Experience:
5+ years’ experience working within manufacturing managing FM activities and vendors
Engineering qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines
5+ years’ management experience
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
Excellent operational and financial compliance knowledge
Ability to manage and develop teams effectively
Strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements
Proficiency in using facility management systems like FAMIS360
Excellent communication skills in German and English
