EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a company driving innovation in sustainable chemical and composite solutions for industries worldwide who are looking to add a National Sales Manager.

In this newly created position following a key European acquisition, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in their innovative, high-performance cleaning solutions business.

This role focuses on expanding their presence in the German market, particularly within the vehicle and industrial cleaning sectors, by identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the vehicle and industrial cleaning markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored, high-tech cleaning solutions.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and uncover growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Interest in high-technology and sustainable industrial solutions.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the chemical or cleaning solution sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in German; strong English skills required for international collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel (Germany & Europe)
