About the Role :

As the Brand Manager for the DACH region, you will oversee the full brand operations of Murad Skincare - part of Unilever Prestige - during a parental leave cover. You will work closely with international teams in the US (DTC) and Europe (B2B). This is a hands-on, independent role with direct reporting to the EMEA leadership

Key Responsibilities :

DTC :

  • Assist with the management of the DTC channel via Shopify
  • Handle customer service and shipping inquiries
  • Amazon Germany :
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the German Amazon marketplace
  • Coordinate with our 3PL warehouse to prepare and dispatch inventory shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
  • Assist in updating and optimizing Amazon brand store content and product listings

B2B :

  • Order Management : Process orders received from retailers on their respective platforms
  • Update and analyze Sell Out and Sell In sales reports
  • KAM responsibilities and Independent Premium Clinic follow-up : annual negotiations, set up targeted campaigns, ensure successful launch of innovations, update retailers' Master Files (codes, visuals, etc.)
  • Training : work with Global to localize training and marketing tools and provide training to retailers

Strategic Tasks :

  • Build the annual B2B budget per retailer and ensure a thorough follow-up of sales and expenses in respect of the agreed target of turnover and profitability
  • Localize the global marketing plan for the German market (B2B + DTC)
  • Implement marketing campaigns with retail partners
  • Develop creative strategies to build brand awareness in DACH

Cross-functional Responsibilities & Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the DTC team and international B2B team (LA & Europe)
  • Brand Management :
  • Coordinate PR, influencer, and beauty advisor agencies
  • Manage and localize the Instagram account
  • Forecast & Supply :
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the supply chain according to sales estimates and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with the 3PL partner (FIEGE)

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
  • Experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales
  • Background in the beauty / FMCG industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Office programs, and ticket systems
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a hands-on mindset
  • Experience in training development and delivery
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
