• Manage the TMO Team on a day-to-day basis to ensure support, structure, and management of the implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Support the SVP Global Transformation in various transformation activities.
• Serve as the single point of contact across functions and regions for transformation initiatives. Lead the implementation of specific transformation streams.
• Implement best practices, procedures, and quality objectives across the team.
• Utilize overall project knowledge to exploit synergies among projects, identify dependencies, and evaluate risks, requirements, and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, especially Steering Committees, Owners, and Project Managers.

An experience that matters: your skills

• Degree in Engineering and/or Production/Logistics Management with a focus on process/project management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in international program management and leading a line organization.
• Proficiency in English.
