Your future duties and responsibilities :

As an Enterprise Architect (m/w/d), you will support our clients in digital transformation by formulating target architectures, establishing guidelines, and creating strategic roadmaps to realize future business and operational models. You will advise on complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects, identify improvement potentials, and develop new standards. Your drive is to continually improve efficiency regarding functionality, security, and cost-effectiveness. You will analyze complex system landscapes and develop innovative ideas in dialogue with clients. Additionally, you will take a leading role in company-wide employee events and external industry events to exchange expertise, deepen industry knowledge, and enhance CGI's visibility among clients and in local markets.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

You should have a completed degree and be recognized as an expert in application or enterprise architectures within complex business models and system landscapes of an insurance company. Your skills should include:

  • Understanding of insurance business models and processes, especially in the context of digital transformation
  • Knowledge of EA methods, frameworks, and governance structures
  • Strong communication and motivation skills, with the ability to network in multicultural, international environments
  • High customer orientation
  • Leadership skills for managing team members
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

Beyond technical expertise, social competence is essential. You should be able to actively listen, analyze client requirements thoroughly, present convincingly, enjoy teamwork, and demonstrate mental flexibility.
