We're on a mission to enable industrial companies to establish real-time autonomous decision making in their planning and scheduling processes. While the amount of available data is growing in industrial companies, it is rarely used to its full potential. Our software has the capability to transform the scheduling and planning processes especially in production sites all around the world.

We work with some of the largest industrial companies of the process industry like BASF, Sun Chemical and more. Combined with our recent strong funding round (4.5 Million €), it is time to extend our technical core team to get ready for the next scaling challenges.

About the role

As a User Experience Designer, you will have a large impact on the design of the workflows and user interfaces. Your key role is to define the user flows and assist developers with designing proper application UIs.

What You'll Achieve

  • Define workflows and according UI concepts for scheduling and planning processes.
  • Improve key UI component designs like tables and graphs.
  • Closely collaborate with full stack developers in implementation of UI changes.
  • Create user story mappings together with subject matter experts and clients.
  • Create design elements and mockups in Figma.
  • Work with TailwindCSS components.

Skills You'll Need To Bring

  • Experience designing UI elements in Figma.
  • Proven experience across all phases of a product development lifecycle (research, wireframing, visual design, interaction design, user testing & feedback).
  • Practical experience in user story mapping.
  • Effective communication in cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to understand complex business processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ERP or APS software design.
  • Experience working within industrial production.
  • Experience building data-intensive and/or AI-driven UIs.

Compensation

Up to €75,000 annually plus significant stock options. We also offer a Deutschland Ticket for public transport and a Wellpass (eGym) membership for €10/month.

Remote Work Policy

Currently, the team meets in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). This may evolve based on team feedback and collaboration needs.
