About the job

Our team delivers 4.3 billion healthcare solutions annually, thanks to meticulous planning and attention to detail. As a Continuous Improvement Leader within our ICF FF Packaging, you will lead transformational initiatives and drive sustainable performance improvements across all levels by applying Lean and SMS 2.0 principles, coaching teams, and aligning efforts with strategic goals.

Your role involves deploying and monitoring SMS 2.0, driving continuous improvement, diagnosing performance issues, developing solutions, fostering a performance-oriented culture, and ensuring strategic alignment. You will collaborate with management, shopfloor teams, and process owners to implement performance improvement projects, serving as a project lead or coach to empower employees and ensure impactful, sustainable change.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deploy and sustain transformation programs, including SMS 2.0 and Factory 4.0, ensuring impact quantification and sustainability.
  • Identify process gaps with business leaders and facilitate continuous improvement plans.
  • Lead waste elimination initiatives and develop team skills in waste identification and elimination.
  • Support execution of CI standards, problem solving, and Operational Excellence methods.
  • Ensure the maturity and standardization of SMS 2.0 processes, aligning with global standards and sharing best practices.
  • Train teams on improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Promote a performance-oriented culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations.
  • At least 5 years of manufacturing or LEAN industrial experience, with a good understanding of business operations and GMP.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Project and Change Management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, PowerBi.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to train, coach, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and systematic problem-solving skills.
