Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps vacation rental owners manage their properties more efficiently and list them across various channels. You will be part of our Lake Constance team and work in our beautiful office in Friedrichshafen with a view of the lake. You can also work remotely from anywhere within the Lake Constance region, with the expectation of coming to the office 1-2 times a week. Your team leader is Max, who has extensive experience in sales as well as in the online and tourism industry. Your future colleagues enjoy sharing lunch together and challenge each other in cooking for the team through burger, bowl, cake, or stew challenges. Your role in this journey

• Support our Account Managers in onboarding new landlords and in addressing any questions that arise after booking.

• Assist our Sales Managers in acquiring new landlords for our platform, ensuring that Holidu provides the right solution for their needs from qualification to closing.

• Focus on specific campaigns to enhance our customer performance.

• Grow into a responsible person for all our customers outside our focus regions.

Your backpack is filled with

• You are studying or are about to graduate in tourism, business, political/social sciences, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Independent work ethic and good time management.

• A positive attitude towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that fosters good interpersonal relationships.

• Near-native German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
