Employee Technical Support Specialist for Server & Storage (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Technical hotline: You will ensure that our customers receive competent support at all times for technical questions about server and storage systems.
2. Product evaluation and maintenance: You regularly check our hardware products to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards and update them as required.
3. Support and service: You provide technical support and service to our customers, both pre-purchase for advice and post-purchase to resolve issues.
4. Technical advice: You support our customers and sales staff with your technical knowledge and advise them on the selection and use of our products.
5. Projects and services: You will work on various IT projects and provide technical services to support our customers in the best possible way.

Your profile:

1. Completed training or studies in the IT sector
2. Sound knowledge of server and storage technologies
3. Experience in technical support and service
4. High customer and service orientation and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
6. Willingness to undergo continuous further training
7. Network knowledge and diagnostic skills
8. Experience with common software products in the server & storage area is an advantage
9. Ability to independently create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions
10. Fluency in German and good command of English
