Mechanical Construction Manager - Data Centre Project - Frankfurt - 12-Month Contract

Are you aMechanical Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12-Month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Mechanical Construction Manager. Responsibilities:

Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus Mechanical

Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality

Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, as well as overall oversight of the activities on construction site

Documentation of the construction progress and reporting to construction managers

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations

Attending site inspection, acceptance inspections and meetings

Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress

Measurement creation and verification of submitted documents from subcontractors

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree

Experience in construction management would be a plus

Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards

Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments

Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently

Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure an effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
