Summary

In the area of "Change and Configuration Management," we are looking for a "Project Manager S/4 HANA PLM Business (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The department ensures effective application of CM processes in projects and on products, considering contractual requirements, to efficiently complete project-relevant CM tasks. This helps achieve project and product goals within performance, time, and cost frameworks with low risk.

Your Tasks

1. Representation of all aspects of business requirements within the S/4 HANA project
2. Performing technical management and all project management activities in coordination with the IM project manager and external service providers
3. Coordination of all project tasks of the involved PLM workstreams
4. Ensuring systematic project planning and fulfillment of project goals regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
5. Defining priorities and project deliverables; assessing scope, effort, and risks
6. Resource planning and capacity coordination with involved departments
7. Evaluating requirements of the S/4 HANA PLM workstreams
8. Ensuring acceptance and proper use of processes and tools within the company
9. Regular reporting to project sponsors and implementing resulting measures

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field
2. Extensive experience in project management and sound methodological knowledge
3. Deep experience in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
4. Experience managing interdisciplinary project teams
5. Experience with SAP transformation projects, ideally with knowledge of S/4HANA conversion
6. Knowledge of development and design is advantageous
7. Independent, results-oriented, and structured working style
8. High flexibility
9. Fluent German and very good English skills
