Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, including requests for information, product demos, services, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Follow a defined process to convert incoming leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Sales team to develop into opportunities.
  • Achieve KPI targets related to activities such as calls, contacts, appointments, LinkedIn connections, and service scheduling.
  • Research prospects to gather key qualification data like company size, industry, buying intent, and decision-maker status.
  • Identify targets and initiate contact to introduce prospects to Fluke Reliability, generating interest and moving them through the early sales stages.
  • Develop additional leads that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and nurture them through the marketing funnel.
  • Utilize platforms like Salesforce, Five9, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and keep CRM data updated.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Fluent or native in Spanish, Italian, or French (at least one required), with English as the primary language.
  • German language skills are preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or demand generation within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology B2B environments.
  • Proven cold-calling expertise in B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding goals.
