We are seeking a Commerce Analytics Lead to spearhead our analytics efforts at EMCD, a top 10 mining pool, wallet, P2P platform, and coinhold service. This role involves building a robust analytics team, defining key metrics, and supporting strategic decisions through data insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a commerce analytics team, establishing efficient processes.
• Define and monitor key metrics, develop reporting systems, and create performance frameworks.
• Conduct research to identify trends and provide insights for product decisions.
• Collaborate with development, product, sales, and marketing teams to align analytical efforts with strategic goals.
• Present findings to leadership and recommend actionable strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech or crypto sectors.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a data or product analyst.
• University degree in a technical or economic field.
• Experience in building analytics teams and processes from scratch.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib/Plotly).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills for collaboration with top management and teams.
• Fluency in Russian is essential for daily communication within the core team.
