**Location:** Munich, with hybrid working model.

**Role:** Business Development Manager Wind Energy Industry (w/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Specialization in wind energy concerning lubrication technology and tribology.
  • Conducting sales talks and negotiations.
  • Identifying and realizing new business opportunities.
  • Account management with technical and commercial responsibility.
  • Leading projects such as quality improvement and innovations in tribology and processes.
  • Global strategic and operational planning in coordination with Klüber.
  • Providing technical and commercial support to worldwide subsidiaries.

Profile:

  • Completed engineering degree (FH, FH preferred), ideally in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable qualifications.
  • Several years of experience in sales & application, business development, product management, preferably in wind energy.
  • Good command of English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Professional, customer-oriented working style.
  • Cooperative and convincing demeanor.
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
