Senior Business Development Manager (all genders)

Hubject Financial Services GmbH was founded in 2024 as a subsidiary of Hubject GmbH. We are a startup consisting of 7 experts covering functions like project, risk, and legal management. As part of a small team, you will support various topics, learn a lot, and contribute to building a new company.

Your challenge (should you accept it ;) ) is to expand our service portfolio and conquer new markets with a team of highly motivated specialists. As a Senior Business Development Manager (all genders), you are versatile and proactive. Your main task will be to gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and customers, then prepare them for product development to transform into technical requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage special projects like product rollouts and market entries.

Your Tasks

  • Design and implement scalable business processes across operations, sales, and service to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable product initiatives following an MVP approach.
  • Lead the go-live of new projects, products, and services, and optimize operations post-launch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Risk, Legal/Compliance) and external partners for seamless project execution.
  • Oversee daily business operations, define KPIs, and establish reporting frameworks.
  • Drive profitability planning for new and existing activities, aligning financial targets with operations.
  • Continuously analyze processes and outcomes, proposing improvements and strategic adjustments as needed.

Your Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in business development, project, or operational management.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable to international environments.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in building and stabilizing processes in scaling organizations with an MVP mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with C-level and product teams.
  • Analytical, KPI-driven, structured, and independent initiative management skills.

Language

Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
Company language is English. In the office, you may also hear German, Spanish, Romanian, Hindi, Polish, Mandarin, Persian, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and sometimes sarcastic remarks :)
