Job Description:

The Executive Selling Partner Relations (ESPR) team tackles issues which cannot be resolved with the tools available to Seller Support Associates. Our group excels in finding creative, resourceful ways to reduce seller pain points and build seller trust. We partner with teams across the Seller Services organization to ensure that our sellers receive the world-class experience they’ve come to expect.

The ESPR team is seeking an analytical, customer-obsessed Program Manager who will leverage business intelligence and data analytics to transform our Selling Partners' experiences.

You will support the program operations within the World-Wide ESPR team through implementation of program and operational mechanisms, alignment and standardization efforts to support scaling, and replication of proven initiatives across the team both geographically and across business verticals. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position, requiring interaction with a broad group of stakeholders. It requires a self-directed individual with strong attention to detail, great deep dive skills, and curiosity to explore new areas to drive change for Selling Partners through new and existing mechanisms. Additionally, the ability to analyze data thoroughly to accurately represent the Selling Partners' experience and to drive change with operations and technical teams is essential. The successful candidate will be capable of multitasking, making smart and timely decisions with limited guidance, and challenging the status quo to innovate for our Selling Partners.

This role offers the opportunity to lead data-informed change across our global organization. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with business acumen to deliver innovative solutions for our Selling Partners while scaling operational capabilities worldwide.

Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make data-driven decisions with limited guidance. Passion for using data to challenge the status quo and create measurable improvements in our seller experience is crucial.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
  2. Collaborate to build partnerships with key stakeholder groups, businesses, and leaders to ensure systemic problems are addressed and corrected
  3. Design and implement data-driven solutions to address seller pain points and enhance operational efficiency
  4. Lead cross-functional projects using both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive decision-making
  5. Transform complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders across all levels
  6. Standardize reporting mechanisms and analytics frameworks across global teams
  7. Partner with technical teams to optimize data collection and integration systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Few years of program or project management experience
  • Few years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience analyzing data to drive decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Couple of years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Couple of years of experience in process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and schedules
