Senior NPI Operational PM- Relocation to Germany

We are now looking for a highly skilled and motivated NPI Engineer to join our AV-Platform team. Relocation to Wemding, Germany.

What will your job look like:

• Collaborate with R&D and other cross-organizational teams.
• Define NPI objectives, milestones, and success criteria with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute NPI plans aligned with organizational milestones and targets.
• Work closely with the quality team to integrate quality standards into the NPI process.
• Implement production testing tools, jigs, and test benches.
• Examine and approve prototype parts.
• Work in a high-intensity & dynamic environment.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; strong HW background is an advantage.
• +7 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary NPI processes for HW-SW-Mechanical products.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including creation, review, approval, and implementation.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.
