Technical Project Support / Information Mgmt & Technology Planner

Position Summary:
Prospect Technologies LLC is seeking a Technical Project Support / Information Mgmt & Technology Planner to provide facilitation and medical technical support to ROBM in Weilerbach, Germany.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise government personnel in infrastructure planning, and enforcement of criteria, standards, tools, templates, and other products in support of the military medical facilities enterprise.
- Support the government in the assessment and authorization (A&A) and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) for facilities, including Building Automation, Miscellaneous Information Systems, and Facility Related Control systems (FRCS).
- Coordinate Medical Equipment directly with the Program Management Office of Subject Matter Experts (SME) for Personal Property (PP) systems associated with Mega-MILCON Replacement projects.
- Provide highly technical expertise in all IT and FRCS Systems, including network infrastructure planning, telecommunications, data center planning and analysis, FRCS systems design and architecture, resource protection, cable infrastructure, and product selection.
- Ensure knowledge of Cybersecurity requirements and the RMF Process associated with RPIE and PP Systems.
- Assist the government with technical reviews of RPIE and PP system designs, planning, integration, and cybersecurity assessment and authorization efforts for Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), IT, RPIE, PP, and CES Systems.
- Serve as SME and liaison with Defense Health Agency (DHA) DAD/IO J6, MedCOI, MTF, DHA Program Offices, industry, and contractors.
- Provide technical expertise on security and accreditation packages for MTF networks, RPIE, and PP.
- Identify risks, analyze system designs, and assist with A&A issues to obtain authorization to operate (ATO).
- Evaluate and analyze design, configuration, and planning of LAN/WLAN/WAN network infrastructure and application components.
- Review contractor responses to design review comments in government databases.
- Plan technical details for server rooms, including racks, power, UPS, and cooling, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Perform initial Risk Assessment Questionnaire reviews for RPIE and PP Systems.
- Assist with project scope development, financial forecasting, submittal reviews, change requests, quality assurance, and transition planning.
- Provide technical assistance to geographically separated personnel and conduct facility assessments and inspections.
- Support acquisition and contract personnel in industry partner selection.
- Translate policy and strategic plans into capital improvement plans, ensuring lessons learned are implemented.
- Participate in design meetings, forecast procurement needs, and coordinate network and WAP installations.
- Review and respond to inquiries and documentation related to IM/IT and Low-Voltage systems.
- Develop training documentation, audit lessons plans, and create QA reports.
- Review “As-Built” documents for accuracy and support system design validation.
- Coordinate with vendors on product reviews and technology refreshes.
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and assessments of project progress.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems and Security (IAMS) required.
- At least 3+ years in military medical communications design, coordination, and integration.
- Minimum 5 years of DoD Network Engineering/Cyber Security experience.
- Experience with Joint Commission, military medical design/construction standards preferred.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and RMF processes required.
- German language and construction knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Certification Requirements:
- IAT Level II Certifications or higher preferred.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and one of CCNA or CISSP in good standing.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Primarily office work with site visits.
- Travel to facilities required.
- Standard office equipment and Microsoft software usage.
- Work hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Annual training compliance required.
