To support this initiative, we are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and customer-focused Master Data Management Expert to join our Business Process Management team. This role is crucial to the success of C&A's most significant digital transformation to date.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the definition, alignment, and implementation of master data structures and processes within this major transformation project.
- Develop and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, policies, and standards for end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation, establishing harmonized European MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to optimize operations.
- Serve as the process owner for your domain(s), ensuring compliance with principles and standards.
- Translate business process proposals into feasible E2E process and system integrations.
- Drive process simplification and maximize the value of data domains such as product, location, and business partner.
- Execute integration testing, develop training documentation, and provide 1st/2nd level support for related systems and processes.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, and senior staff, to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of change processes or system implementations.
What You Bring
- Deep knowledge of Master Data Management standards and systems, with experience coordinating between business and IT.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High engagement, flexibility, creativity, and reliability to drive simplifications and process alignments.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business operations, product management, or consulting within Master Data Management.
