Marketing Copywriter & Content Specialist (m/f/d)

The global Marketing team at Arethia is seeking a Copy & Content Specialist to support content creation and copywriting across four brands. The role involves collaboration with various team members to develop online and offline brand presence, shaping tone of voice and social media strategies. The position is based at Arethia’s Reinbek office, with international collaboration across Switzerland, Dubai, and Indonesia.

Your Mission

• Write, edit, and proofread English copy at a native/fluent level; proficient in German (C1 or higher).
• Create content for web, landing pages, blogs, emails, ads, social media, brochures, magazines, and trend reports.
• Contribute ideas for digital content calendars.
• Develop and refine the brands' tone of voice to meet communication goals.
• Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
• Create social media content, monitor, and respond to comments.
• Collaborate with global Sales & Marketing teams on trade fairs, reports, and marketing materials.
• Assist with occasional onsite tasks in Reinbek, such as logistics and content capture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English (C2) and proficient in German (B2).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Availability to work onsite 2-3 days weekly.
