2D- Animator (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Animation: Animate 2D characters, visual effects, and game elements using tools such as Spine and After Effects.

• Frontend: Prepare and optimize game assets using TexturePacker for seamless integration into the frontend.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement and integrate game assets into the framework.

• Support frontend code in TypeScript to enhance interactivity and asset behavior.

• Utilize PixiJS and its libraries to create visually stunning and performant visual effects.

• Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between art, sound, and frontend teams to ensure smooth communication and asset implementation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve asset-related issues throughout the development pipeline.

What you offer

• Strong and proven 2D character and object animation skills using Esoteric Spine and Adobe After Effects.

• Experience in creating VFX animations for games.

• Proficiency in using TexturePacker for game asset preparation.

• Familiarity with game optimization techniques to ensure smooth gameplay performance.

• Experience with GitHub and version control systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively bridge the art and development disciplines.

• Prior working experience in the iGaming and casino games industry.

• Some experience in 3D modeling and animation to enhance the visual quality of games or features is a big plus.

• Basic knowledge of TypeScript and Visual Studio Code IDE for frontend implementation.

• Basic knowledge of PixiJS or Phaser3 and their related libraries.
