Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards across all outlets.

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 60 colleagues across various F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between different F&B departments
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative F&B concepts and promotions
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus that align with customer preferences and market demands
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3years of leadership experience in a similarly sized F&B operation
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of managing F&B operations
  • Demonstrated ability to switch seamlessly between different outlets (bar, restaurant, kitchen, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
