For our client in the telecommunications sector we are looking for a Network Technician / Troubleshooter (m/f/d) with shift readiness in the Hamburg area.

Job characteristics:

• Technical troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support:
• End customer fault Internet@Home in cooperation with Telekom and other various carriers based on incoming tickets (faults that could not be solved by first and second instance).
• Check and classify incoming tickets according to error pattern.
• Checking and correcting connection configurations in telephone contact with the customer.
• Sending faults to Telekom or other carriers
• Mail/domain fault clearance

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of IT and/or electrical engineering, preferably IT systems electronics technician, communications electronics technician, telecommunications technician or similar
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications environment desirable
• willingness to work shifts (Mon-Sat)
• Strong customer orientation
• Written and spoken German
• MS Office basic knowledge must be available
