A Typical Day With Us

• You lead your team and serve as a positive role model, motivating your staff to implement sales-promoting measures.
• In addition to scheduling staff shifts, you are responsible for inventories and ensure smooth administrative processes behind the scenes.
• You advise customers competently and fashionably, inspiring them with our eyes + more glasses as a fashionable accessory by listening actively and understanding their wishes.
• You ensure new colleagues are successfully integrated into our team and find their footing quickly.
• You work as a team to achieve goals together.
