Ensure compliance with internal and external quality guidelines, customer, and standard requirements, including monitoring process audits and initiating corrective and improvement actions in accordance with EASA Part-145 and Part 21G
Maintain and further develop our integrated management system in line with DIN ISO 9001, DIN EN 9100, and DIN EN 9110 standards
Organize and conduct internal and external audits
Plan, coordinate, and track actions resulting from audits, as well as develop, oversee, and update internal manuals (e.g., Quality Manual - QMH)
Review and approve quality-relevant documents and information
Lead, schedule, and train employees
Liaise with authorities, customers, certification and accreditation bodies, suppliers, and service providers
Manage complaints
Report to senior management

Your profile
Successfully completed degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a comparable educational background
Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry and in quality management
Further training in quality management, e.g., as an auditor, quality manager, quality representative, or quality specialist (an advantage)
Excellent proficiency in Windows and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong team spirit, resilience, and willingness to cooperate
