System calibration specialist for variable valve train systems (m / f / d)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for the functional development of variable valve train systems and actuators
• Development and evaluation of technical concepts and solutions based on measurements, simulations and prototype systems
• Definition of requirements in coordination with the customer and internal departments(system integration, system calibration and software development)
• Documentation of the functional requirements and creation of the system architecture with a focus on the control system
• Definition and implementation of OBD functions

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in automotive, electrical or control engineering or mechatronics or similar
• Professional experience in the development of electromotive actuators as BLDC motors with gears, electronics and software from design to series production
• System knowledge in electronics, software, mechanics and their interaction
• Experience in system development and validation of motor controls (desirable)
• Skilled in dealing with customers and business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• User knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow, INCA and common automotive bus systems
• Confident handling of development processes such as ASPICE
• Analytical thinking and an independent way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
