You are project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of project management methodologies & principles and strong communication & stakeholder management skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. • Planning:Defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives.
• Budgeting:Estimating costs, establishing budgets, and tracking spending.
• Risk management:Identifying potential risks early and developing mitigation strategies.
• Team management:Assigning tasks based on team members' skills and experience, and ensuring team members are performing to their best potential.
• Communication:Communicating with team members, external partners, and business stakeholders to determine project status and identify potential roadblocks.
• Issue resolution:Ensuring issues related to scope, budget, and resource allocation are resolved effectively.
• Time management:Using timesheets or project management software to see how the team is spending their time and whether projects remain on track.
• Change management:Dealing with changes to the project, committed delivery on time with quality and ensuring 0 impact to production due to changes.
• Documentation:Preparing documents and managing reports.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• 5+ years in project management, with working experience in creating proposals, application build, infrastructure build and deployment integration type of projects are a plus.
• Manage both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Agile, Prince 2, PMP or ITIL certification are a big advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
• Good knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle methodology and processes
• Proven experience in leading large-scale migration projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all the stakeholders such as (Developers and DevOps teams, End-Users, Senior management, SDM, other PMs).
• Team-player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an intercultural global environment.
• Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills.
