️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing operational procedures, pinpoint inefficiencies, and introduce sustainable enhancements across key business areas.
• Digital Enablement: Spot automation opportunities and lead digital transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence.
• Data & Metrics: Establish clear performance indicators, analyse data trends, and measure the effectiveness of improvement strategies.
• Project Delivery: Manage and implement cross-departmental projects aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central communication point between teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Results Tracking: Use measurable KPIs to monitor long-term performance improvements and identify further opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid background in process improvement, operational excellence, or lean management, preferably in industrial or automation-focused environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and familiarity with process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, paired with a structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A data-driven mindset with a knack for making evidence-based decisions.
