We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and leadership skills, combined with a deep understanding of market strategies and trends.

Location: Germany, Frankfurt (preferred), Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure distribution clients for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters in the German market.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with distributors.
  • Evaluate market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and promote business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the inverter industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German inverter market.
  • Established network of distribution partners in Germany.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
