  • Provide strategic input to the planning and prioritisation of capital investment programmes across the estate.
  • Interface closely with internal engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration with business-as-usual operations.
  • Manage external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure delivery aligns with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement in project governance, sustainability practices, and asset lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of compliance, technical standards, health & safety, and asset lifecycle planning within live or high-risk environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, reporting, and programme governance capabilities.
  • Relevant degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Chartered Engineer status are desirable.

  • Competitive salary up to €140,000 per annum
  • Long-term permanent role with significant responsibility and career growth potential
  • Exposure to innovative, technically challenging environments in a mission-critical sector
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and forward-thinking working culture
