Your Mission

What You'll Do

• Scout and secure high-potential selling partners across European markets
• Lead strategic business development initiatives through consultative selling
• Design and execute growth strategies for sellers
• Pioneer new approaches to partner acquisition and success

What You Bring

• Fluency in German and English (C1 minimum), essential for contract negotiations
• Proven track record in sales, consulting, or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven attitude with results-oriented mindset
