Senior Clinical Research Associate (m/w/d), Single Sponsor

Join IQVIA as a Senior Clinical Research Associate / Sr CRA (m/w/d) home-based throughout Germany in our single sponsor department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
2. Supporting the development of subject recruitment plans
3. Evaluating site practices for compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines
4. Managing progress through regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data queries
5. Collaborating with study site experts and client representatives
6. Depending on the client model, remote monitoring, study start-up involvement, or therapeutic area specialization may be required
7. Mentoring less experienced team members and supporting specific topics or tasks

Qualifications:

• University Degree in life sciences or related field, or healthcare apprenticeship
• At least four years of on-site monitoring experience or equivalent education and training
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English
• Flexibility to travel 40-60% of the time
• Driver’s license (Class B)
