2nd & 3rd Line Support Engineer - Service Provider

We are partnered with a Telecoms Service Provider that is seeking five Support Engineers to join its expanding team in the heart of Stuttgart.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex telecom issues, including radio, antennas, and secure communications.
• Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to ensure smooth operation of clients' communication systems and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Incident Management: Manage and document incidents, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration: Work with global network vendors and internal teams to address technical challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate support process documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Support Experience: Proven experience in technical customer support.
• Telecommunications Knowledge: understanding of telecommunications and communication technologies, including radio, antennas, and secure communications.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance (must be a German or EU citizen).

Salary:

• €50,000 Gross Per Year
