Your responsibilities
- Develop and design appealing teaching materials and presentations
- Prepare targeted training measures
- Conduct hands-on training sessions covering EASA regulations, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, air law, and process changes
- Monitor training effectiveness and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Support the selection and supervision of trainees in aircraft mechanics production engineering
- Ensure sustainability of training through regular evaluation

Your profile
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with relevant experience in aircraft structural engineering
- Master craftsman training, e.g., as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology
- Several years of experience as a trainer or mentor in the technical field
- Didactic and pedagogical skills, ideally with a trainer license or instructor aptitude test
- Good knowledge of aviation legislation and human factors
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
