We are now looking for support for infrastructure applications for a new product in the field of asphalt technology.

Responsibilities

  1. Verifying product offers to ensure they meet market needs and updating sales forecasts regularly to reflect current trends and projections.
  2. Implementing growth strategies to achieve targeted sales goals.
  3. Monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the competition and adapt strategies accordingly.
  4. Supporting the technical needs of partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed.
  5. Overseeing product installations and on-site verifications, ensuring products are correctly implemented and meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed studies or technical education focused on civil engineering, road construction, or comparable.
  • 5+ years experience in sales and business development within the infrastructure/geosynthetic industry (asphalt/bitumen).
  • Proven experience in building business relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills and a high level of commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to handover to commercial and operations teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (France, Germany, BENELUX); ideally based at the DE/FR border.
  • Fluent in English, French, and German.
