Responsibilities

  • Take on responsibilities within the team, such as coaching and onboarding/training.
  • Quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies when new features and products are introduced.
  • Contribute your perspectives, ideas, and skills to shape the future of HubSpot's mission.

Role Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales closing experience.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
  • A focused approach to achieving goals.
