We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Customer Experience (CX) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, as well as various Eastern European countries. Primarily serving midmarket customers, we work closely with Sales, SAP experts, and partners to deliver world-class customer experiences that drive real business growth. You’ll guide our customers toward successful outcomes and show them how to unlock their full potential. YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Digital Solution Advisor, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, with deep knowledge of business processes and SAP Solutions for Customer Experience. You’ll engage directly with potential customers and partners, demonstrating how our solutions create real business value. Working closely with SAP sales teams and partners, your goal is to guide these conversations toward successful deal closures.

YOUR PROFILE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASK

  • Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution
  • Mapping product capabilities to business requirements
  • Showcasing SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements
  • Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center & other experts
  • Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
  • Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars
  • Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory service

EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of Customer Experience Solutions.
  • In-depth experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Additional knowledge of additional SAP CX Solutions such as Customer Data Platform, Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud or Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales or in product expert roles such as product/solution management/product marketing
  • Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients.
  • Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed.
