Role Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre German native investment professional to join our Frankfurt team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate transactions across the DACH region, with additional exposure to Pan-European deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial screening and due diligence to closing
• Conduct market research and financial analysis for new investments and existing assets
• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, IRR, waterfall structures)
• Draft investment memoranda and present opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Work closely with asset management, legal, and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle
• Monitor market trends and contribute to the development of new investment strategies in the region

Requirements

• Native-level German and fluent English (both written and spoken)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting with a focus on real estate
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Demonstrated deal exposure in the DACH real estate market
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
