Lead Product Designer (m / f / d)

• Partner with various stakeholders to deliver web, mobile, touch screen, including embedded software on medical devices experiences, supporting the overall roadmap strategy to positively impact Fresenius patients and healthcare providers.
• Help define project requirements and develop user-centered design solutions to create best-in-class products that delight customers.
• Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects.
• Design and execute generative and evaluative user research activities relevant to each project's maturity, following best User Experience practices.
• Create service blueprints, user journeys, mood and storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Mentor and coach junior designers.
• Possess a solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 10+ years of experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.
• Experience designing user interfaces for various mediums (desktop, touch screen, mobile, embedded software, etc.) and platforms (Android, iOS, etc.).
• Ability to recognize and distinguish value-added, strategic activities from "busy work."
• Working knowledge of Figma.
