• Define and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
• Build, lead, and empower a high-performing Product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth
• Oversee the delivery of new products and enhancements, maintaining high standards in quality, timing, and budget while driving business growth
• Coordinate product priorities, migrations, and strategic initiatives across business units and project streams to ensure operational excellence
• Act as a product ambassador, representing the company internally and externally, and strengthening the product culture
• Bring solid experience in leading product organizations, combining deep product management expertise with the ability to build, grow, and inspire high-performing teams
• Demonstrate a proven track record in the technology or payment industry, with a sharp sense for market trends and customer needs
• Own the product vision end-to-end - from strategy to delivery and continuous improvement
• Combine business acumen with a digital mindset to turn complex ideas into scalable product solutions
• Thrive in dynamic, multi-cultural environments, confidently managing product priorities and delivery across international, cross-functional teams
