UNITY AG is seeking a Digital Engineering Consultant at all levels to join their team in Cologne. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of digital transformation in product development.

What you will do:

• Shape the future of product development by implementing digital strategies, including Digital Twins and the Industrial Metaverse.
• Digitize development processes using model-based methods, agile organizations, and integrated engineering IT landscapes with MBSE, PLM, CAx, ALM, or CAE.
• Ensure sustainable value contribution and meet Circular Economy requirements through optimal IT solutions and data connectivity across the product lifecycle.
• Innovate in developing complex product systems and optimize development processes.
• Advise and coach clients in projects and training sessions.
• For senior level: Lead teams as a project manager in digitalization and transformation projects.

What you bring:

• Several years of practical experience in project management within industry, PLM/PDM systems, or management consulting.
• Understanding of complex systems and the ability to design efficient processes.
• A technical degree and knowledge in R&D, PL, Systems Engineering, Agile Development, and Process Design.
• Willingness to innovate and develop organizational processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
