YOUR TASK AS A MANAGER QUALITY DEPARTMENT (ALL GENDERS)
You are the professional and disciplinary leader of the Quality Department. Together with your team, you ensure that the company’s operational processes comply with requirements, standards, and internal and external certifications and approvals. You create quality plans, reports, and records of all activities. You manage and monitor the conformity and certification status. You analyze deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions. You are responsible for the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits. You seek a proactive dialogue with the relevant authorities, conduct negotiations, and strengthen long-term business relationships. You inspire and win new customers for our business. You organize and conduct qualification trainings for internal and external employees. You identify and ensure current and future training needs. You coordinate the necessary quality activities with our French headquarters.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
You graduated as a Quality Engineer (all genders) or completed specialized training in Quality Management. You have several years of professional experience in aviation. You gained profound management experience and are motivated to continuously develop and support your team with a hands-on mentality. You use MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace on a daily basis. You possess full working proficiency in French and English; German is a plus. You demonstrate a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset. You work independently, reliably, in a structured and precise manner and deliver results on time.
