Tasks and Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership to develop strategies within the Market to increase Pouch Volumes.
2. Support the Sales team in creating a pipeline and selecting projects with high probability of success.
3. Coordinate the creation of effective proposals to win in the market, aligning between Markets and Pouch CoE.
4. Be the expert on solutions in critical customer meetings.
5. Facilitate communication between Sales and Pouch CoE.
6. Maintain communication flow with all functions to drive priorities.
7. Provide feedback from all functions and gather inputs from markets to develop suitable products.
8. Create a successful team and develop talent for future succession.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Strong experience with Pouch products and solutions is advantageous.
• Proven success in driving and managing change within complex international, matrix organizations.
• Experience with European Business
• Excellent team-building skills to enhance interaction and efficiency, and ability to break down barriers/silos.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Business-level proficiency in English and German.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
