The Team – your impact

As an Integration Consultant (f/m/d), you will join one of E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. You will be a key member of a skilled team of Application Integration experts who will lead, shape, transform, and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe. Your role involves managing the entire lifecycle of our integration solutions – from conception and design to implementation.

Your Role – meaningful & challenging

1. Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives to analyze customer requirements, understand their pain points, and provide recommendations on how integration solutions can address these needs.
2. Design and recommend integration solutions that meet customer-specific needs and business requirements.
3. Collaborate with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
4. Define the scope of integration solutions and organize internal and external expert teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
5. Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders, provide transparent status reports, and manage risks effectively.
6. Leverage your experience and knowledge across the entire project lifecycle to train teams and foster a culture of shared expertise.

Your Profile – authentic & ambitious

• Proven experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role involving business and technical advice, with engaging presentations and demos.
• Several years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of different integration approaches (API-led, process, data, event-driven, data migration, etc.).
• Confident and engaging presenter, especially in speaking about technology.
• Ability to lead through influence, with high tolerance for ambiguity, and experience in intercultural communication.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
