Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic Foreman assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors, leading the organization to fully execute service requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing Maintenance Mechanic services, ensuring quality, subcontractor performance, and controlling construction costs. The role involves evaluating service execution for compliance with contract specifications, design data, schedule, budgets, and quality standards. The Foreman advises the project team on status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors affecting the scope. They maintain short-term look-ahead plans and discuss deviations with the General Foreman. Additionally, they review and monitor the cost and man-hour budgets for the installation process, develop equipment and tool requirement plans, and review these with the General Foreman.
