General information

The Institute of Management Accounting and Control (IMC) of WHU is a leading think tank in the area of management accounting and control. Under the joint directorship of Prof. Lukas Löhlein, Prof. Marko Reimer and Prof. Utz Schäffer, the institute bundles the numerous teaching and research activities of the associated professors and doctoral students.

Your mission

• As Office Manager and Personal Assistant, you have the overview of the Institute’s various activities and support Utz Schäffer as an assistant and sparring partner.
• You are the interface to internal and external partners of the Institute and ensure professional communication.
• You will coordinate the recruitment of doctoral students and non-scientific staff at the Institute and support the doctoral students in administrative matters.

Your profile

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and team spirit.
• A professional and confident demeanour with a very good command of German and English is essential.
• High level of self-motivation,flexibility and commitment.
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
