As part of a dynamic team of specialists in EY Global Treasury Services within our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, or Munich, you will support clients from global industrial and service companies, family businesses, mid-sized companies, and startups with all challenges related to the CFO agenda, focusing on Treasury. You will work in teams that combine Treasury expertise with IT and process competence, taking on diverse tasks:

• Coordination of Treasury projects for establishing new Treasury functions during IPOs, M&A transactions, and carve-outs in interdisciplinary collaboration, including with EY Strategy & Transactions and EY Business Consulting
• Leading (sub-) projects for digital transformation and automation of Treasury organizations and processes, including selection, design, and implementation of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS, SAP, ION, Coupa)
• Developing strategies, measures, and innovative solutions to optimize our clients' Treasury functions, e.g., in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Planning, and Risk Management/Hedging
• Promoting the professional and personal development of your team
  
  

What You Bring – Skills to shape the future

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• At least five years of professional experience in Treasury or as a consultant in finance, Treasury, or digital transformation
• Team player with commitment, analytical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and initial leadership experience, willing to travel
• Empathetic personality with clear goals and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a hands-on mentality
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
