Agile / DevOps, CI / CD(m / f / d) Consultant - Germany

Within the Enterprise Quality Consulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level DevOps / Agile Coaching and Consulting Professional able to interact effectively with Client executives, lead high performing, multidisciplinary consulting teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor focusing on Agile transformation / coaching programs across industry verticals.

The DevOps Consultant will be a seasoned technical developer with experience in multiple languages, tooling, and Agile coaching from a highly technical perspective. A drive for continuous learning of new technologies and an open view on technical possibilities are essential.

Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will anchor engagement efforts from business process consulting to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem definition, discovery, and guiding project teams on processes and deliverables. You will also be a key advisor in architecture and design reviews, and participate in business pursuits, client training, and capability building.

Responsibilities include:

1. DevOps & SRE Implementation: Define enterprise-wide DevOps/SRE strategies, roadmaps, and maturity models. Implement capabilities across applications and technologies, including ALM tool migrations, CI/CD/CT with security, and monitoring.
2. Coaching & Team Enablement: Provide coaching on DevSecOps and SRE practices, emphasizing best practices on branching, code quality, security, deployment, and monitoring. Guide teams in implementing DevOps tools and processes to improve efficiency.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Work with product owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders to align on project goals and practices. Establish strong relationships with clients and contribute to new business development.
4. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the growth of DevOps/SRE practices through collateral and methodology development. Define and implement outcome-driven KPIs using DORA metrics.
5. Tooling and Automation: Design and manage Agile + DevOps + SRE toolchains, ensuring seamless integration and continuous upgrades aligned with industry best practices.

Core Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling models.
• Certifications such as CKA, CDA, Terraform Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, or cloud certifications.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools ecosystem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage team dynamics, conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Experience across different industries with an understanding of Agile/DevOps impacts.
